2. Property Verification
Cephatop Integrated Global Limited acts as a verification bridge. While we triple-verify survey coordinates and title deeds, final legal due diligence during physical title transfer is subject to state-level registry benchmarks.
3. Installment Commitments
Investors opting for installment plans agree to a consistent monthly commitment. Failure to meet payment milestones may result in temporary allocation suspension as per the digital deed agreement.
4. Capital Safety
Your capital is held in secure settlement accounts. Transaction ledgers provided on your dashboard serve as the official record of your investment milestones.
